Effect of Palm Oil, Linseed Oil and Vitamin E on some Production Parameters of Broilers

Abstract This study was conducted in the poultry field of Livestock Research Station Mosul Iraqi Ministry Agriculture during period 27/12/2021 to 8/2/2022 for purpose studying effect adding some plants oils and vitamin E on productive traits broiler chickens. where (480) one-day-old Roos-308 chicks were used, they distributed randomly by six experimental treatments each treatment 80 birds, included four replications, repetition had 20 birds. as follows: T1 (standard ration without addition) T2 (palm oil addition 2%) T3 (flax T4 (vitamin supplementation 300 mg/kg feed) T5 2% T6 (add flax feed). we obtained significant differences (P≤0.05) weight, weight gain, production index, feed consumption rate, conversion coefficient, a decrease mortality, it found that there improvement breast criterion.
